  • 📦 Preparation: Each plant is lovingly packed with appropriate cushioning and protection, especially delicate varieties like Air Plants or Hoya.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We partner with trusted carriers to bring nature to your doorstep, whether you’re across the city or across the globe. Please note, we currently cannot ship to Asia and a few remote regions.

Option 1: Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: Flat rate of $12.95.
  • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Best for: Faster delivery for your Tropical Houseplants or Garden Supplies.

Option 2: Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: FREE on all orders over $50.
  • Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
  • Best for: Budget-friendly delivery for larger orders, perfect for stocking up on Pet Friendly Houseplants or Easy Care Houseplants.

*Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or seasonal demand. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every plant we ship. However, we understand that sometimes a plant might not thrive as expected, or an item may not be quite right for your space. Our policy is designed to be as stress-free as caring for one of our Easy Care Houseplants.

🔄 Quick Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in resalable condition, in their original pot if applicable.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us Within 15 Days: Email our plant-loving support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details.
  2. Await Authorization: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Pack Your Return Securely: Pack the item(s) securely in the original or similar packaging. For plants, please secure the pot and soil to prevent transit damage. Include a copy of your packing slip or order number inside the box.
  4. Ship the Package: Ship the package to the address we provide using a trackable service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
  5. Wait for Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

💰 Refunds: Timing & Method

We aim to make the refund process as clear as a freshly watered Succulent.

  • Inspection: We inspect returns upon arrival at our facility (typically within 5 business days).
  • Processing: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
  • Timing on Your Statement: The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees (e.g., the $12.95 Standard Shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is on its way back. Standard or Free Shipping will apply based on the new order value.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our plants and customers, some items are final sale. This aligns with the unique nature of certain collections highlighted in our website menu.

  • Rare Houseplants & Limited Stock Items: Due to their unique nature and limited availability, all sales are final for plants in our Rare Houseplants collection.
  • Custom or Final Sale Items: Any items clearly marked as such on the product page.
  • Plants Damaged Due to Customer Care: Plants that have declined due to changes in environment, light (e.g., not meeting Light Requirements), watering, or other care-related issues after delivery.
  • Opened or Used Garden Supplies: Any supplies from our Garden Supplies category that have been opened or used.

*If a rare or non-returnable plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you on a case-by-case solution.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Air Purifier Houseplant arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong Hoya, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the plant/product. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly and cover the return shipping costs.
