  • Garden Supplies & Non-Plant Items: Tools, pots, and accessories to support your plant care journey.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order:

Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. An order is confirmed only when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Pricing & Taxes:

Prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping costs (Standard: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx; Free on orders over $50 via EMS) are added at checkout. We currently cannot ship to Asia and certain remote regions. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in your country.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (EMS, orders >$50): 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or weather. You will receive a tracking number once shipped. Your responsibility: Ensure your shipping address is accurate and someone is available to receive live plants promptly to avoid damage from extreme weather.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted. Our return policy is as stress-free as caring for an Easy Care Houseplant:

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be in resalable condition, in original pot if applicable.
  • Process: Email [email protected] within 15 days for a Return Authorization (RMA). Do not ship without an RMA.
  • Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
  • Exchanges: Processed once the return is in transit; shipping fees apply based on new order value.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Rare Houseplants & limited stock items (final sale).
  • Plants damaged due to customer care (light, water, environment changes after delivery).
  • Opened or used Garden Supplies.
  • Custom/final sale items as marked.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund at our cost.

7. User Responsibilities & Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activities under it. Provide accurate, current information. Do not use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including attempting to interfere with its security or functionality.
